We, the Faculty of Science and the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies & Scientific Research at Al-Azhar university-Gaza, are pleased to announce the start of the preparation for “The First International Conference on Basic & Applied Sciences, ICBAS”. The Conference is going to be held on October 10-12, 2010 on the University’s premises.

We are respectfully requesting your donation/ sponsorship/ partnership for our conference activities. Your contribution is going to increase the potential of our conference and levitate the standards of our research quality.

ICBAS requests 47500   US $ in funding to subsidize the events and activities mentioned in the attached preliminary conference budget which includes: the conference opening & closing ceremonies, brochures, leaflets,  posters, publicity, book of abstract publication, conference proceeding publication, transportation, media coverage, hospitalities, and other categories. 

We will appreciate your denotation or sponsorship to any category that appears in the conference budget associated with this letter.
