ICBAS online service

Abstracts must be submitted via ICBAS online service only. There is no paper form to complete or mail. Faxed and mailed submissions will not be considered.

When submitting your abstract, make sure to provide all required filed in the online submission form which will be tagged with *.

Special characters and formatting are not compatible with the online submission process. Please replace Greek letters by the actual word, e.g. alpha, beta, gamma, delta etc...

Abstracts that include special characters, symbols, Greek letters, and equations must be submitted in MS Word or pdf format as attachment files via the online service.

 When you submit your abstract, please indicate your preferred method of presentation at the start of your extended abstract: oral presentation preferred, poster presentation preferred, no preference.

 

All successfully submitted abstract will be acknowledged immediately by email. Applicants will also be notified by email for whether their abstracts were accepted by approximately the end of April 2010.

 

The best abstract submissions will be given an option for oral presentation. All others that are accepted will be as poster presented.

 

We recommend that you compose your abstract in Microsoft  Word document, then paste it into the appropriate field box (Abstract)  in the online form.

 

Remember to keep a copy of your abstract in your own files.

 

Only if you have problems with online submission you are allowed to send the requested information from the online form and attach the abstract as an Microsoft Word document or pdf file to ICBAS@alazhar.edu.ps
