Abstract: The research had discussed the difficulties which exposed the proof of input issues through the technological means that do not confess with these issues as a complete evidence, and had explained  its sources and bases.

The research ended having many results, and the most important is necessity of the combined co operation of the legal and technical side to find the suitable solutions, and necessity of putting the legal texts which are more flexible to make the judge mission easier when conflicts are shown to him.
