Abstract:

The study aims to recognize the University's role in developing the student's aspiration towards achieving more success. the instructional supremacy and to recognize the basic differences between each variability: such as University, gender, study level and the academic specialization.

The study sample composed of 272 female and male students have been chosen from Al-Azhar University, and Al-Quds Open University.

This study uses a questionnaire about the University's role in developing the student's aspiration towards achieving more success . The questionnaire, which clarifies the results of the study, is designed and prepared by the researcher.  Results of study show that the degree of the University's role in developing the student's aspiration towards achieving more success . having a comparative weight evaluated with 67,078%. Where as the results show availability of differences in statistical significant concerning the University's role in developing the student's aspiration towards achieving more success and that is attributed to variability of the university but the other differences are for the sake of Al-Azhar University.  The study shows also availability of differences concerning the gender variability as clearly displayed in the total degree of the questionnaire but differences and harmonized study are in the sake of females.  The study also shows unavailability of significant differences for the University's role in developing the student's aspiration towards achieving more success and the variability of academic specialization. Finally, results are discussed and recommendations have been registered .
