Abstract: The study aims at exploring the developments of the American and Russian Strategic Conflict in Central Asia And Caspian Sea . It also aims at analyzing the competion interests between two countries. Therefore, it is very essential to examine both of their goals, mechanisms of implement-ation, to  what extent they have been successful, challenges and cross interest conflict impact on the region.

The study will rely on the structural approach to neo realistic school which was developed by Kenneth waltz , and the methodology of analytical visionary in tackling the main issues of it as follows:
