Helpful information about accepted presentations
- If the abstract is selected for presentation at the conference, the author submitting the abstract must be the presenter at the conference (not required to be the first author).
- If selected for oral presentation, only the abstract submitter may present at the conference and be listed in the program book as a speaker.
- If selected for poster presentation, the abstract submitter must be the presenter at the conference. Other authors on the poster may be listed in the conference program book.
- Each oral session will be about 90 minutes in length and will have 4 to 5 speakers each, so allowable speaking times may vary between 15-20 minutes. Microsoft Power Point is the preferred format for presentation.
- Each session will be organized by chairperson and co-chairperson, who will briefly introduce each speaker (name, position, organization and presentation title) and keep on the time schedule.
