World Water Day Celebrated

Mar 22, 2017 –The Department of Geology organized a geology exhibition to celebrate World Water Day.

Prof. Dr. Riyad El Khoudary, PLO Executive Committee Member and Chairman of Gaza University Board of Trustees; Prof. Dr. Sami Muslih, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Marwan Al Agha, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Dr. Amal Al Kahlout, Dean of the Faculty of Science; and Dr. Khalid Ubaid; Head of Geology Dept. in addition a number of AUG Council members and the faculty staff members and students attend the activities.

The exhibition included three- dimensional presentations, geological maps and images, and some geophysical devices.  

 World Water Day is celebrated on 22 March every year to take action to tackle the water crisis.
