AUG Staff Member Won Distinguished Researcher Award

Jun 8, 2017 – The Secretariat General of the Association of Arab Universities awarded Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Sirdah, Professor of Blood Pathophysiology and Molecular Genetics at AUG, Distinguished Researcher Award for the year 2016.

Prof. Dr. Sirdah won the second place in the Arab World for his remarkable contributions in the field of Medical and Health Sciences. This prestigious award is highly competitive, honoring the most distinguished scientific output of Arabic researchers in member countries affiliated to the Association of Arab Universities. Their scientific output must have tangible impact in adding new values and generating young researchers of outstanding experiences in various fields.

It is expected to honor Prof. Dr. Sirdah in a special ceremony during the general conference of  the Association of Arab Universities, session (50) hosted by UAE from 24-26/09/2017.
