It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Deanship of Postgraduate studies at Al Azhar University-Gaza (AUG). Having chosen to study here, you
are joining a vibrant community of postgraduate students and staff from a very wide range of disciplines.
Al Azhar University-Gaza (AUG) considers the postgraduate studies the pivotal pillar to upgrade the academic level of the University. Aligning to the
vision and mission of our University, we seek to provide the structure and support needed for the development and implementation of professional programs
that prepare leaders for the 21st century.
Each program is designed to both enhance the professional and personal development of its students. The variety of our programs and the increased numbers
of the enrolled students reflect the University's real interest in the scientific progress in its various programs, especially in the scientific research.
At present we have nearly 700 postgraduate students study in a wide range of programs.
Pursing a postgraduate degree is a journey into broadening the possible horizons through the attainment of a body of knowledge and skills necessary to have
a promising future. Our programs are designed to help students achieving their academic goals and possessing the knowledge, skills, and competencies
required for success in their chosen field. We are constantly seeking to embrace a policy of continuous development and modernization of laws and
regulations and study plans. This is achievable with an excellent team of faculty, staff and administrators who are dedicated to providing challenging
curricula and professional development unique to each area of interest.
